The unitwas said to be newly rentivated but the walls and floors were painted plastered over to hide the mold confirmed by mold removing co. To be in all the walls and air vents! Stay away from 6400 unit 203. We are working with the health dept. And Fl. Indoor Air quality dept. To get it condemed. All my furniture was destroyed within weeks of moving on and no one will help. I had to get a lawyer and am still being harassed by the land Lord being a single women he falls comfortable constantly harassing me!
