DO NOT RENT HERE! STAFF DISCRIMINATES!
When we first moved in they did not give us the apartment that we signed for. We decided on the place because it had nice ample parking, but the day we came to move in with the truck and picked up the keys they give us a different apartment which was very find to find parking for.
Parking is such a big problem here. There were people even parking in our assigned spot because STAFF WERE TELLING PEOPLE IT WAS A FREE SPOT TO PARK IN.
We are so happy to move out, but still they are trying to swindle us. We hired a cleaning service to leave the apartment in top condition, and they are STILL trying to charge us to repaint the apartment. Nothing is wrong with the paint, they are trying to charge us because the paint is now 3 years old. There were no marks on the walls, there should be no reason for us to be stuck with the bill to repaint!
I don't understand all the good reviews. Wendy is not helpful, and if there has ever been a problem with the apartment, will try to pin the blame on us.
