WINDOWS ARE COLLECTING MOISTURE. WARRANTY CARD RETURNED UNDELIVERED BY CANADA POST AS ADDRESS NOT CORRECT/ MOVED. CANT GET WARRANTY AS NO PHONE NO ON BROCHURE OR WARRANTY FORMS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We take pride in our name and reputation. Lately there have been a few customers in Alberta who have confused our company for another with a very similar name, Vinyl Pro Canada. That company closed their doors, changed their phone number and went out of business last year. They have not used our windows for the past 3 years. I'm very sorry to hear that you have an issue and have nobody to turn to. Our phone number and our address have been the same for a long time and our customers can always call us with issues and we take care of it promptly. As reflected by our ratings, we would never allow the situation with a customer to escalate this far. We are very easy to find and deal with. For now Homestars will make an investigation for this review and they can compare the contract that you have with the contract that we use for our customers.
