The first time I got the first technician, he did an okay job, looked great, until 3 weeks later the toilet overflowed again, I was very unhappy. I called Roto-Rooter again and they sent me another technicain, they told me the technician I had no longer works with them, go-figure.

Anyway, Ralph was awesome, he told us exactly what to expect, what he was doing and what to do, very great help. We used him again, a year later, I will use him anytime.
