Franks Air Conditioning & Electrical Services

We have had multiple service calls and repairs done through Frank's. Most of it was just basic service and maintenance, but we did also have to have our entire indoor unit replaced. A couple of the techs who came out were absolutely useless. They seemed like they just wanted to hurry up and go home or to the next service call. They didn't seem to listen to ANYTHING we tried to explain to them. I don't think these couple exceptions should be a reflection on Frank's as a whole though. We did have 3 or 4 other service techs that came out who LISTENED to our issues and made a serious effort to try and resolve the problem. The tech who replaced our indoor unit was one of the nicest guys. He not only performed his job, but explained many of the steps as he completed them, being that I was curious to learn.
So, as long as you get the "right" tech, I HIGHLY recommend Frank's for your AC service/installation needs.
