Sadly I must give Ed Flow two stars. In 2004 they did a good job installing the Trane gas furnace and in April 2010 they did fix my furnace, but the repair price was too pricey and Flow's technician did not show-up the day we took off for the repair. The Ed Flow technician arrived very late on the make-up day. On the rescheduled repair day, the technician told us he'd be late only after passing his show-up time window. He was even late for his phoned-in revised deadline. He finally rolled in around 6PM.
Ed Flow charged too much for the furnace repair, when compared to other places. Do not be fooled Flow's average labor rates. Ed Flow charges more than double for parts. Flow charged over $500 for the part my furnace needed, but I later learned online the part costs less than $250 with shipping included.
