Gehringer Plumbing Incorporated

Recently moved into a new house, and discovered a bad leak in the pipe going to the outdoor spigot. Called Gehringer, and they were able to set up an appointment for the next day, telling me they would be there between 12-3pm. Since I work about 45 minutes from home, I asked them if they would call when they were on the way over, so that I could leave work and be home in time.

Just as promised, they called on their way and gave me plenty of time to get home. Once he arrived, I showed him the problem, and also asked about installing a separate shut-off valve. He said it would be no problem, and got to work. The entire job only took him about 25 minutes. He was friendly and talkative while he was working, and was very careful about walking on throw rugs that were down instead of on the carpet (it was a pretty rainy day). Overall, the service was exceptional, from making the appointment all the way through the completion of the work.
