Stopped up toilet

We hired them to come out and fix a stopped up toilet. It took them quite awhile to get out here, and we thought it was rather expensive. But then again, that might just be the norm for plumbers. It turned out that one of our underground pipes were broken and the sewer company had to come out and fix it by putting it a trap valve. Rather expensive for something they couldn't fix.
