They did the job, on time and cleaned up afterwards well. There was a problem with the owner's son telling us they would complete the job on a weekend day but no one showed up. There was some problems among the workers dealing with each other but this didn't keep them from completing the job. The price was good but they found hidden damage and we had to pay more than was quoted. The roof looks nice and so far has held up well including over the winter.
The only problem was when I contacted the company months later to get a written invoice that I could use to submit for a federal tax rebate. No one ever sent it in time to file and I am still waiting for them to send it.
