Elite Roofing is denying any responsability for leaking roof which is only one year old!.
We are very upset and frustrated with Elite Roofing. If Elite Roofing can do a good job at first time, we will not having a leaking roofing issue. After the leak happen, if Elite roof can teat their customer fairly and fix roof promptly, we will not issue such a serious complain . Elite complain did exact opposite. Elite Roofing have left us with leaking roof for 10 days. The lady is running the office there, she just simply hung up to their customer. She is treating their customer like dirt. They quick blame on ice damming so they can get away with responsibilities. In the end, we now know the leaking was not even cause by ice damming but some craftsmanship when the been done a year ago. Elite company is still denying not pay for the repair and damage to the house due to leaking. When you sign the contract with Elite Roofing. You may end up stuck with leaking roof and no way to be out of it. Be aware!
