Put a $450.00 down payment for work on my roof. A day was scheduled for work to begin. No call and no show on the scheduled day. Waited to see when and if they would call. A couple weeks later a worker shows up to drop off supplies without prior arrangement. I refused delivery. Requested refund from the owner but he refused. He denied any wrong doing- he didn't see anything wrong with not showing up as scheduled or having a worker show up unannounced. I would rather take the $450.00 dollar loss than proceed with a company who has shown not to be reliable. If this is how they treated me prior to the work being completed and with only 10% of my money, how would customer service be after work is completed and final payment of $4000.00 dollars is received. I don't want to find out.
