They are servicing my properties with snow removal currently for the winter. The individuals who have shown up to complete the removal have been very unprofessional, pushing snow to where ever they feel like. When asked to have the snow pushed away from entrances, the person just walked away and left.
Called their office to leave a compliant, only to hear back that it was my fault that I didn't specify where to plow the snow. I was speechless. Any individual would know not to plow the snow to the front entrance. It was absolutely comical the response.
I have never beem so disappointed with snow removal. I will not be using their services again.
