My wife loves to use the Hoover steam vac after the dog has had an accident. The reservoir that holds the water and cleaning solution finally cracked, and this was the only place that was able to help me with parts. They had me bring in the machine, and then they were able to find a part that fit and worked right. For under $50, the machine worked like new again.
