Hardwood floor

Home Depot has no clue what they are doing! The store blames the installation service, the installation service blames the store. The woman in charge of flooring installations at the store doesn't know anything about hardwood floors. After one quote being wrong by $800, the installers came to work on the floor, they were going to need an additional $2000 ( on top of $4300). This is for less than 420 square feet with plywood underneath. It was an engineered birch floor.
