Purchased in July 2008. Returned for various reasons, damaged and the finish was not as expected. Some panels were lustered and some appeared flat.
Initially, Chasin wanted to charge me a 35% "RESTOCKING FEE" that's over $900.00.
Took until September 2008 to get my deposit of $1136.00 back, no thanks to Chasin...I had to dispute the $1136.00 deposit with CHASE, who was more than happy to return it to me.
Took until November to get part of the balance returned. Again, no thanks to Chasin....I had to dispute it with
GE Money bank, who returned all but $317.00
NEVER AGAIN!
