We were surprised at the quality and service from a department store chain furniture store. The prices were very competitive and the quality was high. We had shopped at their outlet store in Naperville and the sale prices in the regular store were better than the outlet store. The delivery was as promised and handled professionally.

Good quality upscale furniture in a huge amount of contemporary and classic styles. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Excellent for furnishing bigger homes and luxury town-homes. Friendly attentive sales people who will help you with recommendations if you describe the layout and interior decor effect you wish to achieve.

We bought a BEAUTIFUL Bob Timberlake china cabinet and buffet from Carson's in Schaumburg. We researched the actual price to buy direct from the manufacturer in North Carolina, which was about $1000 cheaper than Carson's (even with $400 freight charge), and Carson's matched the price! Bonus is they brought it in and set it up. excellent.

My husband and I had been looking for a sectional couch for about a month. One would think this would have been easy as there are a ton of sectionals from every different manufacturer. However, our situation was unique. we could only have a 90 x 90 as our space was limited. we had been all over town trying to find one and were just about to give up when we went to carsons furniture gallery. The sales woman was so helpful and by some streak of good luck the very sectional with the size and color (red) was actually on display. The saleswoman offered the 2 year financing even though the offer had officially ended the day before

Our sales woman was very helpful and and spent a lot of time with us when we were selecting our furniture. She set up the delivery and everything went well with that. We had a few small scuff marks on the leather sofa which we called on and Carsons had a repair person call us who came to the house the same week and repaired the sofa. You could not even tell where the marks had been. We were very satisfied with our whole experience with shopping at Carsons and the purchase we made.
