Cable hookup in new home

I moved to Sumter a couple years ago and needed my cable hooked up. First off, the guy said he normally didn't work on cable hook ups, but they hired him on as a temp. He didn't have a key to the lock box so he BROKE it open. Then he didn't bring me a remote or users guide. He had to call in the numbers on the modem and cable box and asked to borrow MY cellphone to make the call because he 'dropped his in the lake while he was fishin'. It was pretty surreal and I just wanted him out of my house.
