I called Charter to install the cable to the newly built home I had just moved into in Sparks. The contractor they sent out was over an hour late (late meaning beyond the "window" they gave). When he did arrive it was raining and he managed to track in mud while going to and from the cable box on the side of the house. He had to replace the cable connectors behind each coverplate in the house and while doing so cracked each and every coverplate with his brand new electric drill. Finally, two cable boxes needed to be installed, he only had one with him... He said he'd be right back with the second one- and he was back, three hours later. It was a frustrating experience. In Charter's defense, after we complained, they credited our bill for the installer showing up late and a second technician came later in the week and replaced the broken coverplates.
