Work done was better than expected on roof vents and the unseen work was only $55 for a sheet of CDX plywood. Work was done in two days. They are in demand as their scheduled work load meant waiting 3 months. In replacement of kitchen and two bathroom vents, they ducted and taped to the newly installed roof vents, which were all the flapper closed type of vent - very nice work. Joel and his carpenters did nice work on replacement of barge rafters and installing new fascia boards that we wanted with little wasted material. Matt and his roofers did a great job on the four sky lights and other flashing work was as nice as the installation of the composition roof. They used roofing nails to lay it down. We are very happy with the work. Gutters were installed by a sub-contractor that we have done business with before and were not part of the cost. Cost does not include WA state sales tax.

Hanley did a great job on my new roof. The old one was falling down and they did great work replacing it. Mr Hanley was there for the final inspection and he obviously really cares about his company, his reputation and the ultimate happiness of his customers. I would definitely use them again.
