Blue Water Pools

I needed a new filter for our spa and brought the old one into their shop. I was advised that the filter needed to be ordered and they would call me the next business day with the cost and date to expect it. They never called and when I called 2 days later they had to call back again. It took repeated phone calls to finally get the filter. Needless to say, I was not very satisfied with the service. I firmly believe if you say you will call back, you should call.
