Darvin Furniture

We recently purchased a sofa, leather chair, and leather ottoman from Darvin. Bryant Erikson was our salesman, and he was extremely helpful and very insightful. Darvin provides tremendous value and excellent service.

Our family has used this store for a long time. Grandpa recommended it. Their delivery service is very conscientious of our availability, they set up all the pieces, too. When we had a problem with the leaf in the table, they sent someone out to look at it and decided to replace rather than repair. We've found their customer service to be exceptional, which is probably why they've been in business for a long time. I'd highly recommend them.

I went to pick out furniture for our family room. The selection was nice and the prices seemed fair but the sales staff was not very helpful or friendly at all. I wasn't paying discount prices and didn't expect to recieve discount service - but I did. Shame on you Darvin.

The couch and chairs that I had been watching for about a year went down to 30% off the retail price. At first I was a little disappointed at the selection of fabrics. However our sales person did some extra foot work and found the fabric that matched our decorum. She was also able to arrange a delivery date that perfectly matched our hectic schedules. In order to find and match chairs she carried the large swatch key all around the show room with us. She was totally with us to the very end.

I purchased a desk for my daughter. When it arrived it had a crack. They send out a repair person who could not make it look much better. They sent me a brand new desk.

We shopped around at approx. 10 other furniture stores & Darvin's had the best price, quality & selection. The salespeople were extremely friendly & patient while we took the time to select among the various material selections.

Very helpful, love the clearance room. We will shop there again for our daughters bedroom furniture. The Sales Associate, Ed went out of his way to help us. He also let me know that the daybeds were very reasonable and were located in the mattress department.

Solid oak dining room set: table with leaf storage, eight chairs, mirrored buffet, china cabinet with lighted glass door hutch. Great value and beautiful. Had some problems with manufacturing flaws and they replaced the entire piece, no charge.
