Grinham Plumbing & Mechanical

I hired Monika Mckenzie a very named General contractor from HINGHAM MA. as a part of my home entire renovation. she brought Grinham Plumbing & Mechanical to the plumbing and AC jobs.
The a/c is working fine, but the installation was very messy, the outside unit has a long connection that goes from the roof to the unit, very unattractive, when I requested that this suppose to be covered , they promised to do it, the job was finished on December 2010, and the connections still the same, additionally they promised to fill out all the papers for the manufacture rebates and after a few months because I never got the money I contacted them again and he said that he got the money, we promised once more come back to fix the connections and personally bring me the money of the rebate. today 3/6/2012 and he is not available and nowhere to be found.
