When you buy furniture here, you need to be aware the return policy, customer service, delivery charge, delivery date and you might need to assemble certain furniture on your own. They will expect you to read everything on your receipt. There is NO customer service at all. Certain people from their Berkeley Store is rude. Miss Candy also told me that they did not tell me not to read the cancellation charge on the receipt. Miss candy is definitely no help at all. Stores with this terrible service, attitude should NOT be around. They do not care about you as customers, they just want your money.
