the drying machine shut off before my clothes became fully dried. i tried several things like shutting the power on and off but nothing seemed to work. i did not know where to call and tried this company and told them my problem. they came in and tried fooling with the power like i had but nothing worked. then they moved the machine and detached the exhaust and found a huge wad of lint. it was literally a basketball-sized wad. that apparently was the problem; the machine began working again. they ended up billing me a huge amount for just ten minutes of work. i did not think that was fair but paid anyway. if your dryer stops working, i suggest doing some research on a DIY website and trying to fix it yourself because with a dryer i have discovered that it is often a lint problem.
