Purchase & installation of HDTV
I still cannot believe this myself but this is what happened. I had set up a delivery & installation with another company. They could not find the residence!!! Needless to say, we were very disappointed because we had waited two weeks for this appointment.
So I went on www.servicemagic.com to see if I could find a place that could do this job ASAP because a lot of people were expecting to have a TV ASAP and were disappointed when the BIG company could not find the right address.
On www.servicemagic.com saw two places. I called the place that had 5 stars next to their name thinking they would be good. I started to explain what I needed and they HUNG up on me. BUT believe it or not about 60 seconds later Cable ConneXions (the other place listed on Service Magic who I did not call yet) CALLED ME. They took care of EVERYTHING FAST AND PROFESSIONALLY. I told them I needed a TV bought and installed the next day -- they did it -- no problem.
I am really very happy that Cable ConneXion came through so fast because a lot of people were not too happy when the BIG company didn't. I would definitely recommend Cable ConneXions to everyone. They really did an excellent job for us. The installation of the HDTV was fast and perfect. They were on time for their appointment. I am really happy about the whole experience.
