I used Cravens as a source for all the plants, topsoil, and surroundings for a new garden. They had a good selection of wooden garden enclosures including some great old rail road ties that were only $5 a pop. I picked up a great assortment of perennials and bulbs as well as edible plants.
The only problem with cravens is that its hard to find help to carry supplies and even cash out. Plus, the interior is pretty dusty and dirty unlike chain retailers.
