I would be very careful when dealing with this company. They quoted us a sunroom package and we signed a contract based on what we discussed. When we went to choose the flooring in the package it was cheap and substandard, not what we discussed and what was quoted. They would then only take off only a little over a $1.00 a SF, when it cost more than that for an install. We were stuck and could not get out of the contract without paying almost $4000.00 to get out of the contract. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
If a company does not provide the type of materials that was discussed. A customer should have the right to withdraw from a contract. We should not have to pay a fortune to get out of the contract.
We have found another local sunroom company that gave us a great price and better building materials. Shop around.

Also do not trust the BBB ratings. They have an A+ rating, even after I made a formal complaint with no resolution. It was not even notated. When I first started dealing with this company they had a B- rating. Then they joined the BBB and all of a sudden their rating went up to an A+. With the BBB, you buy your rating.
