With the purchase of our new home, we had no idea that we couls choose our collection service. There was already a collection bin for A1, thus I just called the number on the container and set up service. The service was very spotty and they would pick through the trash bin and pull out items that they 'didn't' take. They also missed several pickups, yet still charged for service. When I finally switched to Ray's, it took them 6 weeks and a call to the BBB to get them to pick up their bin.
