Great experience. I purchased an extra of something I already had. Our local Ace is an outstanding store with the greatest people working there. They are always helpful and friendly. Also very convenient to order on the Internet and pickup at the store!

What could this company do to improve their services?: offer free shipping online when you choose to have your purchases shipped directly to your neighborhood Ace Hardware store for pick up.
