My garage door got stuck and was not able to close it.

They charged me more for nothing. The worst thing is the guy who was repairing sprayed some oil saying it will reduce the sound when the door closes but he charged me $20 for that oil. I ouwldnt have let him spray if i knew he would charge me extra for it. I thought it was part of the service.
