We recently purchased windows from Acadia, and have had nothing but trouble. We chose to install them ourselves to save money. The salesperson ordered the windows incorrectly (left off the fact that they needed grids. We live in a condo, and these grids are required) After waiting 2 months for the problem to be corrected, we were let down once again. The replacement sashes that were ordered had the wrong pattern in them, and Paul, our salesperson and the apparent owner according to him, has been unwilling to correct this issue.
