Alarm Systems review in Baltimore

My wife has Alzheimer's and we had to move back to Md. They charged me $600 early cancel fee, no understanding, no compassion, just wanted their money and equipment. Thy accept no human reason and no service here in Md to continue contract. Horrible company and people unfriendly.
