They are not truthful, do not honor your warranty and they are not responsible if your counters are measured incorrectly. Further, the owner is impossible to deal with. I would not recommend to anyone.

In response to the negative comment: There was no missed measurements. The BBB determined that Insignia made a reasonable offer to resolve the issues, but the consumer did not accept the offer.
