My husband and I bought a mattress and a sofa bed from this store. They told us that the mattress had 1 year warranty and that for the price that we were paying we were getting a great deal. 2 months later the mattress began sagging and we called the Sleep Station to request a new mattress. A salesman went to our house to check it and told us that he was going to talk to the manager and tell him that the sagging was visible and that they would call us back. After one week we decided to go to the store. The manager was extremely rude and very, very unpleasant to deal with. He even said to us that “he chose who he does business with”!!! The bed was a King size Taylor Bedding Company mattress.
When we complained, he said that we had bought the “cheapest one in the store, and what could we expect from the price we paid”, contradicting the sales guy when we went in and bought it. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had in any type of purchase we’ve made. I recommend you stick to the big companies when buying your mattress, instead of this mom-and-pop good-for-nothing store in College Station. It’s a shame people still don’t understand that the customer should always be treated right, and that a manger of such type of company is so unprofessional, rude, and close-minded.
