As the result of an insurance claim I was directed by the General Contractor to use Hatloe's Carpet One of Everett, WA. Despite being compensated nearly double what I could have had the work done for had I contracted it myself; (I obtained three independant estimates after the trouble strated), Hatloe's went back to the the insurance company for more money to fix what the adjuster, the contractor and one of their subsequent installers viewed as Hatloe's error. Still, after two atempts to fix the problems, a lot of my own time wasted and months of delay for the balance of the project - all was never resolved. Management at Hatloe's never spoke to me directly regarding these issues. BUYER BEWARE

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Contractor's apprently have their own agenda. Do not rely solely on their recommendations. Get your own estimates, see work they've done, ask the hard questions BEFORE you commit.
