this happened to a friend of mine-based on bad reviews on the web & bbb for both closet world and closet by designs i requested they include a performance penalties in the contract should they screw up or mess up - they refused. didnt want to do so. why will i expose myself to risk by dealing with companys that are trying to take advantage of consumers of there hard earned money. surely if you are confident of your product and your people you will ensure that a customers reasonable request would be put in to a contract.

- put in provisions to protect consumers

- dont deal with these companys until they put provisions in contract to protect you
