My best friend Judy referred me to AAvs this past week-she is using this company for many years and I called her in desperation for a referral. It was late on a Friday afternoon at the start of a holiday weekend and I figured there was no hope for help getting our Heat back up and running that day. We had spent 5 days without it working because the original installer ( one-man Heating & A/C) at first couldn't find the problem and just kept replacing the fuses every other day. that didn't last and then waiting days for him to come find the problem-he was physically unable to fix it and left us cold . I called and spoke to some Asian man who knew exactly what the problem was by my pitiful description, but was caring and friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. He didn't have a Tech available until the next morning (totally understandable) so we made an appt for the next day. I hung up and was dreading another evening of freezing cold and not 10 minutes later the phone rang and it was Wendy from AAvs! She had a Tech who was freed up and could come that day! 5pm on Friday ! I was shocked and thrilled! Josh was the Tech who came and he was FANTASTIC! He identified the problem and got right to work. It was a miserable job involving Tech having to literally to 1.5hr to get my furnace going, while leaving he noticed oil on inside A/C piping So he took care and weld copper piping above furnace in the blazing cold. It was in the 50s the entire time. It was a grueling, physically challenging job and tech did it with ease and a great attitude. He went above and beyond in so many ways, that we no doubt will be customers for life, but will recommend them to everyone. This company is a true CLASS ACT!
