Purchased berber carpet & had it installed

We were pleased with the carpeting we purchased but after looking around we found very similar berber carpet at a much better price at [another store] in Greer. They contract out the installation and we had some problems with the installtion. The workers laid hot glue guns down and melted the brand new carpeting in three places. The installer did replace one half of the room where they melted the carpet with the glue guns. I recommend watching the carpet installers closely if you choose Carpet headquarters.
