Shutters & Blinds review in Glen Carbon

I visited this location after deciding to install new blinds in my house. The name says it all...they provide lower priced blinds to fit every budget. Very helpful in giving idea suggestions, and I would recommend to anyone working to renovate on a budget. Quality for what the price is, and the new blinds look nice in my house!
