After going to a few stores and either being disappointed in the selection or customer service, we stumbled upon Metro and were pleasantly surprised! We found the fridge we were looking at for
$200 cheaper and they had a very generous delivery charge. We ordered our fridge and it arrived the following day. A few months went by and one night I woke up to water all over my floor. Apparently our new ice maker in the fridge had a faulty part in it. I contacted Metro and we set up a time the following day for a tech to come out. The tech arrived and quickly took care of our issue. Perfect!
