We had a wood/gas burning fireplace put in during the month of November. We had problems with the fireplace leaking water over a period of a year. Ken did everything possible to fix the problem. The problem was corrected. We were very happy with Ken's ownership of the problem and customer service he provided. We understand that he probably lost money on the installation. But, overall he did stand behind his committment on getting our problem fixed. Which these days it is very hard to find a company stand behind their work for a problem that continued for such a long period of time.
