I have a 32' Sony TV, and the picture quality was horrible. There was a purple tint to it, and green lines running across the screen. I heard about Kao's from a friend of mine, and he wasn't hesitant at all to give me a discount because I told him I was going to refer him to my friends and family. Very nice guy, and my TV is as good as new!
