Four wrought iron stair railings in a split level home and requested an estimate for future work

Designed the railing with the help of Nick . However on of the railings required them to come back 4 times. No apologies and no discount. I found the railings to be not worth the $2200 and didn't seem finished. Never received the estimate either.
