We contacted them to repair the glass on our oven door. The yellow pages ad says same day service, but even though we called at 9am, the tech couldn't show up until the next day. Then he said he'd call back within an hour with the price once he shopped around for the part. That was at 10am, he called back at 6PM. He said that it would be 7-10 days unless we agreed to express shipping, so I okayed the shipping charge. 7 days later, we hadn't heard anything from them so we called. The secretary gave us the "I don't know where the part is or when it might arrive, I'll call you back" for 3 more days- never having actually called US back once. Finally she called at 9:30 on a Saturday morning (day 11) to say they had the part and he could be out "that afternoon, after 4" At 7:30 we called, and she didn't know where he was. We said to cancel the order entirely and that any charge for anything other than the $45 fee for the first visit would be disputed. I half expect to be back here to edit this next week, to say that they tried to charge us for the part, anyway. So here we are, after almost 2 weeks, starting all over again to try to get the oven door fixed,and out $45 for a 3 minute visit for the guy to write down the model number.
