THEY ARE A FRAUDULANT COMPANY CHARGING FOR SERVICES NOT DONE. THEY WILL SHOW UP WITH NO ONE HOME AND LEAVE A BILL AT DOOR WITHOUT TREATING YOUR LAWN. CONTRACTORS AT MY HOUSE WARNED ME ABOUT THEM. I ONLY AGREED TO A PAY PER USE SERVICE AND TRIED TO CANCEL 6 - 7 TIMES AND THEY WOULD STILL SHOW UP. NOW THEY CALL AND THREATEN ME DAILY. STAY AWAY
In and out in 15 minutes. Ducts look exactly the same. Service Manager (Jason) / Technician (Jesse) and (Dave) from Customer Service appear to be the same person. This company does not clean your ducts. They are rip offs. I've called them over 100 times this weekend to correct the issues and they kept hanging up. I threatened to call BBB and they said "go ahead, we already have a bad rating" Sure enough, he's right! Rated F at Better Business Bureau! Stay away from VACUMAX - they scam your money!
