Home Comfort Canada are terrific! They replaced my heat pump several years ago, and I call them for on-going maintenance. Recently there was a bad flood in my place, so I asked them to come by to check everything out. As usual, they came when they said they would (even early that day!) and were very professional. Turns out, luckily, my heat pump was fine but they had to replace the thermostat, which they did right away. I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with their service. The staff were very helpful, and I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days. I needed the old toilet removed from the site, which they said would be an extra charge. They came when they said they would, took away the old toilet, and brought in and installed the newer toilet. They were very professional and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.

The regular power bar and the mini power bar stopped working on my Kenmore Canister Vacuum that is at least 10 years old. I took everything in to the store, and they immediately knew what was wrong. Unfortunately, the part that had broken could not be replaced, but they had a new hose ready to go. Before I left, they completely cleaned my vacuum restoring the suction to a level I hadn't had in years! While I was there, I stocked up on filters as well. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service I received for the replacement of my water cooled Carrier heat pump. Essentially you did what you said you were going to do when you said you were going to do it, and for the quoted price. I can’t ask for anything more. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. And you even registered my heat pump with Carrier, something that was NOT done with my last one. I will be signing up for bi-annual maintenance as well.
