Jim is awesome! He immediately responded to my request, came on-site and talked through every detail clearly up-front, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jim was always on-time, provided quality work, and stayed on-budget (other than a small change to the stairs which he discussed with me well in advance, and left the decision for me to make). He's honest and his rates are reasonable given the quality of the work provided. He framed by basement after an underpin. He also installed new basement stairs, and they look fantastic. Overall a very positive experience! I would use JB Contracting again, and I would refer them to others.
