Figuring I had a big problem, I paid the $340 "diagnostic fee". Turns out the problem was a short which they diagnosed in 5 minutes. And yes, still out the $340. So basically ignore these guys unless you know you have a big job.

not sure how anything can be done in 5 minutes, A short in some cases causes a fire, 340.00 is pretty cheap compared to the losses you could of had if the problem was not fixed.

we are a licensed insured Ontario electrical contractor, the prices we charge are the prices it takes for us to provide the level of service that we do from our administration staff, on time scheduling, trained technicians, 24/7 service and NO answering machines or voicemail always a live person to talk to etc.
