Dean the house inspector is very very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took time to explain the report after he inspected the whole house the garage , the roof and even the sidewalk! He's got almost 30 years of experience and it shows. I like how his report is handwritten and not that preprinted report that most inspectors just filled in the blanks. He even noticed a carpenter ant. He is old school and very good at not scaring you about any problems he found but make you understand there is a problem and can be fixed at aortic what cost . I can call him anytime I've a question regarding the report. Very friendly as well.

Great plumbing store In Kitslano! Carry lots of parts and the staff is very knowledgeable. Very helpful and patient with all our plumbing problems. If they cannot help they will tell you where else to get the parts or who else may help. If you are in the Westside it's a great plumbing store to visit.
