Jon completed a main floor renovation for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a major home project done. The work consisted of gutting the main floor of my home - moving a wall to expand my kitchen, new flooring, powder room reno, new fireplace surround, and updated electrical. He was exceptionally communicative through the process, clean, punctual and honest - understood my vision and delivered a final product Im incredibly happy with.

Adam was fantastic and I would highly recommend. He was incredibly prompt with his reply, upfront with pricing, arrived in time, and did incredible work.

He was very responsive, explained the process of abatement, his quote was extremely informative, he was prompt on the day of work, his team was clean, and the job was completed well. Asbestos wrapped pipes were discovered as part of a renovation I am completing and Robert’s ability to come see, quote, and then complete the job within 2 working days meant the reno team could stay on schedule. Really appreciated working with him and would highly recommend.

I had Nuovo complete engineering drawings and submit permit requests to the city for a renovation I will be completing. They were communicative, responsive, and overall great to work with. Would recommend.

I purchased and had installed a new AC and furnace unit (plus all associated parts - humidifier, piping, etc) and was extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. Marnie was thorough in explaining all aspects of the systems during her quote, was open with different priced solutions, David the installer did a site visit prior to install to ensure he was prepared and there were no surprises the day the work was to be done. They arrived promptly on install day, were extremely communicative, courteous and exceptionally tidy - laying down cloths to keep my flooring and stairs clean when they moved in and out of the house, swept up after working, and removed the old equipment for disposal. Extremely appreciative of the hard work and professionalism in all members of the team.

I needed a new fireplace insert. Vanessa was fantastic in guiding me to an option that both fit my insert size, as well as the style of my home. I was able to book an install within a matter or 2 weeks. Reza and Oliver came to complete the job and were on time, clean, clear in their explanations -- overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend their services.

I had been a member of Reliance's maintenance program and booked an appointment for my furnace to be looked at prior to the cold weather starting. The technician was very flippant upon seeing the age of my furnace, suggesting it may have some cracks in the heat exchanger given the age. He spent time pulling apart the furnace then said it appeared to be leaking exhaust and therefore said he was required to red tag it (read: turn it off completely and register it as faulty with Enbridge). The furnace was left torn apart - the fan and various wires laying beside the unit. After some online research, I decided to get a second opinion - the 2nd company came to my home and explained that a CO monitor would be used to determine whether there was indeed a leak -- anything above the 100 unit acceptable threshold being considered dangerous. Testing the furnace with the CO monitor in 5 locations, the readings averaged well within the allowable range (in fact, the readings were considered extremely low, measuring 13/100). As a result of this company's thorough testing, the red tag was lifted. I called Reliance to explain the situation and was promised some remedy from a number of different individuals - having been escalated through customer support, area managers, etc. but was never provided any such remedy.

I had a large wool area rug for cleaning - the rug was picked up, the cleaning process explained, and rug was returned within the defined time frame. Rug was visibly cleaner and overall I've been happy with the work!

We could not be happier with the job that Rick and his team did! From the initial quote to the finishing touches of our job, Rick was extremely communicative. We had removed a wall in our home which resulted in gaps in the hardwood from where the wall once stood - Rick's team patched these seamlessly; even with close examination you can not tell the patch was not part of the original flooring. We also had Rick sand and restain the hardwood in our entire house - bedrooms, stairs, living, dining.. They are fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their floors.
